What we did

1. Launched marketplace from scratch

Individual UX/UI design was developed

17 thousand products, about 2,000 visits per day

It was the most suitable version for the project.

Multiple warehouses and pickup points for sellers: allows to create custom storefronts for each vendor, the default version already includes many tools to attract and motivate vendors. Functions "multi-warehouse" and "points of self-delivery" are very useful.

2. Menu

Multifunctional and convenient menu: simple and clear navigation.

You can add an image, description for each category.

If there is no products in the category, it will be automatically hidden.

It is easy to find the necessary product.

3. Site search

Convenient and fast search is important for buyers, they need to find quickly what they are looking for.

Therefore, we set up a live search that works with spelling errors, incorrect declensions, and English layout. It returns categories and products

4. Authorization and registration by phone

For login or authorization we used the best practice:

1. You need to enter a phone number only.

2. Sign in with a code, not a password: people don't remember passwords.

78% of users request restoring access withing 90 days.

5. Several addresses

Possibility to have several addresses for the buyer.

The user can add 4 addresses in his Account, to use them when placing an order using the “Courier” delivery method. It can also change the delivery address for an already created order, even if the status of the order is set to “Processing”.

The user does not need to fill in a new address each time, everything is selected automatically.

6. The choice of pick-up points and Postamat on the map

The client can choose pick up point / postamat on the map or from the drop-down list on the checkout page. CRON is configured on the server, which updates and creates new pickup points and parcel terminals daily. Visualization facilitates and speeds up the choice of the client.

7. Automatic hiding of goods without images.

If item doesn’t have any product, it will be hidden on the category page, in search and in blocks. It encourages vendors to fill product cards correctly

8. The goods’ availability depends on the buyer's region.

You can add your own unique warehouse for each city. And you can add product balances for each warehouse. In such way the user will know where and which product exactly is in stock.
