What was done
The project is specific. In fact, the online store was converted into a CRM system for storing and accounting data.
Preparation for implementation and analysis
- A test group from professional people was created. This group has already had an experience with a lot of data and its sorting.
- Based on the data obtained, the necessary functionality was developed for its further implementation.
1. Multifunctional and convenient menu
Access levels were created and described in detail for each user group.
There are 7 user groups. Only some pages are available for the group. It depends on their access level. Each group has its own menu.
2. Online chat for different user groups
A representative of a certain group can have a dialogue about the repair with another participant. Each group has its own access level.
3. An extended product card
There is an extended product card, where you can find a product itself and the components it consists of. You can add both the product itself and its individual component to the cart in accordance with the scheme.
4. Export/import
With regard to customer requirements, all kinds of import and export were created to automate the working process.
Order and repairs export are available for each user group. The same situation with import.
5. Reports
Different forms of reports are available for each order, depending on the user's access level.
Examples:
- Printing an order acceptance receipt
- Print order number barcode
- Print of the technical condition report
- Printing a work order for spare parts
- Print a receipt that the order is given
- Etc.
